Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, leadership, Product, and Engineering to translate ambiguous business needs into technical deliverables.
- Evaluate and integrate LLMs, agents, and workflow automation to deliver measurable productivity improvements.
- Build internal tools, agents, and automated workflows for technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, user engagements, territory and pipeline management, and product interlock.
- Harden high-potential SA-built tools and workflows into scalable, maintainable, production-grade solutions.
- Identify recurring workflow friction and build reusable solutions adopted across the Solutions Architecture organization.
- Build custom demo environments, proof-of-concept applications, and technical assets for strategic customer engagements.
- Document architectures, tools, and usage patterns and debug, extend, and maintain backend systems across varied codebases and infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience as an engineer shipping production systems.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including debugging systems, tracing issues across services, and reasoning about data flows.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation beyond basic prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in at least two of Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Next.js.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and basic DevOps.
- Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or workflow automation across multiple codebases and technology stacks.
- Ability to scope and deliver work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes extensible platforms or low-code systems, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, GTM Engineering, customer-facing product engineering, third-party integrations, Stripe products or APIs, consulting, or professional services.
