Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and leadership to define technical work and deliverables.
- Integrate AI capabilities to improve productivity.
- Build internal tools and automated workflows to enhance SA productivity.
- Harden high-potential tools into scalable, production-grade solutions.
- Identify and address recurring workflow friction.
- Create custom demo environments and technical assets for customer engagements.
- Document tools and architectures for broader adoption.
- Maintain and debug backend systems across various codebases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an engineer shipping production systems.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow automation.
- Ability to deliver work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Next.js.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure like AWS or GCP.
- Experience building internal tools or developer platforms.
- Ability to work across multiple codebases and technology stacks.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools in engineering workflows.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort with ambiguity and iterative shipping of solutions.
