Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development and implementation of scalable large language model architectures.
- Design neural network parameters and train models using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Analyze model performance and implement improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and organizational decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and align model development with client requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team execution, and make team decisions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and training models on unlabeled text data.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze and improve model performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services, and Amazon Web Services is preferred.
