Base Salary
$207k - $351k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and own developer tooling and infrastructure for AI integration.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and make informed adoption decisions.
- Build platforms to enhance developer productivity through AI.
- Gather developer feedback to identify and resolve friction points.
- Grow AI vendor partnerships and advocate for Ramp's engineers.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep backend engineering expertise in infrastructure, services, and data systems.
- Proficiency in Python and strong Bash/Unix fundamentals.
- Experience in crafting reusable tools and optimizing workflows.
- Strong fluency in AI and proficiency with AI coding tools.
