Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Turn high volumes of signals into clear, prioritized issues.
- Build and improve workflows from detection and alerting through triage and resolution.
- Integrate the product with collaboration, project management, code-hosting, and coding-agent tools.
- Design workflows that help people and AI agents resolve issues together.
- Ship full-stack TypeScript work across core services and user-facing features.
- Work directly with customers and help establish engineering standards.
- Take customer problems from discovery through shipped solutions and make architectural decisions.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience shipping production software.
- Strong full-stack TypeScript skills and experience building user-facing production products.
- Experience building and operating AI agents in production, or experience with AI systems, observability, monitoring, and debugging production behavior.
- Experience with high-volume event data, data pipelines, and cost-aware system design.
- Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity.
- A portfolio or résumé demonstrating engineering work and a track record of delivering products people use.

Benefits
- Base salary of $120,000 to $200,000 annually.

- On-site in San Francisco, California, with work required from the office six days per week.
