Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Salesforce-based systems critical to business operations.
- Improve reliability and support migration towards a single source of truth for member data.
- Develop and deliver code across the full stack.
- Define best practices in testing, documentation, and observability.
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to uncover requirements and solve complex problems.
- Make architectural decisions and strive for continuous improvement in technology and processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience in Java.
- Experience with cloud-based application development, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with Salesforce in a distributed system context.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
