Base Salary

$179k - $199k/yr

Responsibilities

Set the technical vision and reference architecture for agentic AI across applications.
Build and govern reusable platform components to accelerate adoption across teams.
Develop and refine advanced prompting strategies for LLMs.
Test, evaluate, and analyze the performance of LLM and other GenAI models.
Drive cross-functional roadmaps and integration standards across teams.
Establish offline/online evaluation methodologies for agent behavior and safety.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise applications and advise on best practices.
Identify, prioritize, and execute AI use cases with clear business outcomes.
Coach and hold vendors accountable to best practices and milestone deliverables.
Mentor other engineers on AI maturity and establish engineering best practices.

Experience with model broker patterns, multi-model routing, and serving stacks.
Good understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and Boomi Agentic AI platform capabilities.
Mastery in DevOps processes and tools.
Mastery in GITHUB and troubleshooting complex versioning and DevOps issues.
Mastery in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent organization, critical-thinking, and leadership skills.
Self-starter with the ability to deliver without supervision.
A continuous learner who enjoys acquiring and sharing knowledge.
Strong analytical mind with the ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas and persuade others.
