Responsibilities

Embed with Supply Chain teams and learn procurement, inventory, demand planning, supplier, warehouse, and logistics workflows.
Design, build, and ship AI agents that automate or accelerate supply chain work such as purchase-order tracking and inventory discrepancy detection.
Build and maintain integrations and automations across NetSuite, RF Smart, and Arena for inventory, purchase orders, bills of materials, and warehouse transactions.
Create real-time dashboards, forecasts, and tools for purchasing, planning, warehouse, and leadership teams.
Scope requirements directly with stakeholders, prioritize practical solutions, and iterate based on adoption and results.
Develop reusable capabilities for Jetson’s shared internal platform rather than one-off scripts.

Strong engineering fundamentals, sound judgment, and experience shipping maintainable code.
Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or another high-level programming language, with comfort using SQL, APIs, and cloud tooling.
Ability to communicate with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and other stakeholders, clarify requirements, explain tradeoffs, and drive adoption.
Ability and interest to learn supply chain domains such as procurement, inventory, demand planning, or logistics.
Experience building agentic and LLM-powered features, with an understanding of latency, cost, reliability, evaluation, and graceful failure.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments, learning quickly, and iterating without a fixed playbook.
Familiarity with procurement, inventory, demand planning, logistics, ERP, WMS, or PLM systems is a plus.
Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is expected or valued.
