$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Join Onton as a Founding Engineer to set the strategic foundation for the Engineering Team.
- Design, scope, implement, and deploy user-critical features.
- Collaborate with engineers, AI researchers, and product designers on cutting-edge problems.
- Build across every layer of the stack, including web app, container, and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies to enhance the system and team.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in fast-scaling companies.
- Be a self-directed generalist capable of solving diverse engineering problems.
- Quickly and iteratively ship correct, robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Exercise exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy giving high-level abstractions low-level performance.
