Base Salary

$123k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage SAP/Vistex S4/V4 and ECC functionality for billbacks, chargebacks, rebates, compliance, and related pharmaceutical business processes.
  • Lead end-to-end design workshops, fit/gap analysis, solution design decisions, and implementation planning.
  • Own defects, enhancements, and new-build projects for the RNI domain while promoting out-of-the-box solutions and reducing customizations.
  • Lead teams and stakeholders through problem solving, crisis management, prioritization, and complex interface troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with SAP process towers, non-SAP systems, functional partners, and internal and external clients to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Ensure critical RNI processes are monitored and alerted, automate recurring incidents, and manage KPIs and business process metrics.
  • Maintain accountability for IT controls, SOX compliance, audit findings, and solution quality on the SAP Pharma platform.
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues and provide leadership for complex projects with significant long-term impact.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience, preferably with a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong functional and configuration knowledge of Vistex modules, especially Billbacks, Chargebacks, Supplier Rebates, Customer Rebates, and Compliance.
  • Experience with global SAP capabilities including enterprise structure, master data, sales order processing, and purchasing functions.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP interfaces, V4/S4, and IDOC issue resolution.
  • Strong business acumen in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution and experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience directing teams that manage and troubleshoot complex interfaces and middleware across multiple systems.
  • Preferred proficiency with ASAP, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with solution leadership, stakeholder management, design workshops, fit/gap analysis, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
