Base Salary
$204k - $284k/yr
Responsibilities
- Reverse engineer complex software and firmware targets, including Windows/Linux binaries and embedded systems on non-traditional architectures.
- Develop and apply automated reverse-engineering, binary-analysis, emulation, and dynamic-analysis tools.
- Research vulnerabilities and perform exploit, payload, implant, patch, and mitigation development.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams working on advanced reverse-engineering and exploitation programs.
- Analyze protocols, interfaces, functionality, code/data flow, binary structures, and operating-system internals.
- Document, demonstrate, and present research while contributing to technical proposals and technical marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field plus a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience; an MS or PhD with equivalent work experience may also be considered.
- Active Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required by the U.S. Government.
- Substantial experience leading technical teams on advanced reverse-engineering and exploitation programs.
- Experience with software and firmware binary analysis, vulnerability research, disassembly, debugging without source code, and exploit development.
- Experience with IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, or Ghidra and proficiency in multiple Assembly languages such as x86 and ARM.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
- Preferred experience includes QEMU, AFL++, DSP architectures, embedded systems, custom emulation tools, disassembler/decompiler development, anti-reverse-engineering techniques, and intrusion-detection or anti-malware systems.
