Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform UI, functionality, regression, integration, API, and other testing for web and mobile applications.
- Create and manage bug reports and communicate findings with the team.
- Perform HTTP debugging on web and mobile applications using developer tools or consoles.
- Use SQL for in-depth data testing.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Infrastructure, and Product Management teams.
- Participate in analysis, design, and planning activities.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in manual Quality Assurance.
- Experience testing web applications and mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Jmeter, or SoapUI.
- High comfort level using SQL for data testing.
- Experience with test case and bug management tools such as Phabricator or TestRail.
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial systems, or fintech applications.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or with limited assistance and communicate comfortably in written and spoken English.
- A formal Computer Science degree is preferred, but demonstrable skills and experience are also valued.
- Experience with programming languages such as NodeJS, Java, Python, or Ruby is a plus but not required.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, TestCafe, or NightwatchJS is a plus but not required.
- Experience with CI/CD processes using Jenkins or GitLab is a plus but not required.
