Base Salary
$226k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement low-latency services and APIs for scalable multi-tenant architectures.
- Develop and optimize forward and reverse proxies for performance and security.
- Build observability, monitoring, and alerting capabilities across services.
- Use AI development tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate coding, testing, and problem-solving.
- Lead architectural decisions, projects, and technical collaboration while mentoring junior developers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve system architecture and development practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing in Go and building low-latency applications in multi-tenant B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience with forward and reverse proxy development is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, network protocols and concepts, and monitoring and observability tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools and integrating AI assistance into development workflows.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and context engineering is highly desirable.
- Experience with public API design and engineering is beneficial.
- Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering is a plus.
- Ability to lead projects with minimal guidance, analyze complex systems, improve efficiency and performance, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
Benefits
- Annual base pay is $225,600.00-$338,400.00.
- Potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits are offered.
