Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications while adapting features to business requirements.
- Integrate cloud-based applications using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Manage application releases and lifecycle processes while preserving compatibility and performance.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions during team discussions.
- Share knowledge and provide best-practice guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience integrating cloud-based applications using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
