Responsibilities
- Execute runbooks to recreate and validate enterprise application configurations in destination tenants.
- Generate and rotate secrets and certificates, update configurations, and validate authentication flows.
- Perform structured SSO and application-access testing while documenting results and attaching configuration evidence.
- Triage standard issues using playbooks, resolve access failures, and escalate complex incidents with complete diagnostics.
- Maintain detailed ticket records, including actions, timestamps, configuration proof, and closure notes.
- Prepare clear shift handovers covering open items, risks, and next steps.
- Support application inventory, status tracking, defect reporting, and hypercare during and after cutover waves.
- Meet throughput, defect-rate, MTTR, evidence-capture, and SLA targets.
Requirements
- Hands-on production experience delivering tenant-to-tenant Entra Apps remediation within the Entra Apps specialty or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra enterprise applications, app registrations, permissions, and consent basics.
- Experience handling secrets and certificates using secure operational practices.
- Strong runbook discipline, evidence capture, technical documentation, and ticket hygiene suitable for audited environments.
- Ability to work in 24x7 shifts with formal handovers and SLA-driven queues.
- SC-300 or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Graph or PowerShell automation skills are preferred.
- Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SSO troubleshooting, cross-tenant access settings, and B2B collaboration constructs is preferred.
- Strong security mindset focused on least privilege, configuration control, and change discipline.
- Clear communication, proactive escalation, attention to detail, collaboration across shifts, and professional client behavior are required.
