Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and assess technical feasibility.
- Configure and customize NICE Actimize solutions for client-specific needs.
- Develop and enhance solution components using SQL, Java, and Actimize development tools.
- Integrate Actimize solutions with customer ecosystems and downstream systems.
- Perform functional and technical testing of configurations and customizations.
- Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve implementation and production issues.
- Help ensure delivery quality, stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, subject matter experts, senior engineers, and customer stakeholders.
- Participate in peer code reviews, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Create design notes, standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and deployment runbooks.
- Continue learning Actimize products, financial crime domains, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Require 2–4 years of experience in SDLC, implementation, technical services, or application support roles.
- Require strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Require experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Require strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Require effective spoken and written English communication skills.
- Require willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and business domains.
- Prefer exposure to NICE Actimize or similar enterprise platforms.
- Prefer basic Java programming knowledge.
- Prefer experience in banking, financial services, or financial crime domains.
- Prefer familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
- Prefer basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes containers.
- Prefer scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Require a team-oriented, proactive, and accountable approach.
