Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, upgrade, and support MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso and SCADA platforms.
- Implement integrations between MES, SAP ERP, and shopfloor control systems including PLCs and DCS.
- Develop test cases and participate in code reviews, stress testing, and performance testing.
- Own MES activities from solution design through deployment, migration, and production support.
- Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to meet SLA and KPI requirements.
- Support knowledge transfer, release management, service continuity, and issue-prevention activities.
- Provide rotational support, client interaction, and potential on-site workshop support across global time zones.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in MES, manufacturing IT systems, or industrial automation.
- Hands-on expertise with DELMIA Apriso, including LES, MES, and WMS modules.
- Experience with SCADA, PL/SQL, JavaScript, C#, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL database development.
- Proficiency with JIRA and versioning tools.
- Understanding of OPC UA/DA, communication protocols, PLC integration, MES implementation, and ERP integration.
- Understanding of ITIL-based application maintenance and service governance practices.
- Prior experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related engineering discipline, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Apriso training certifications are preferred.
