Base Salary
$131k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise Workday integration architecture, standards, design patterns, and long-term roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and guide integration engineers while providing design reviews, technical governance, and production stability oversight.
- Architect and deliver high-complexity integrations involving real-time APIs, middleware orchestration, and cross-platform data exchanges.
- Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, cybersecurity teams, and third-party vendors on secure and compliant integration solutions.
- Maintain architectural documentation, enforce development standards, support audits, and drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex integration failures and performance issues and lead crisis management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Eight or more years of experience in enterprise system integrations or interface architecture.
- Strongly preferred experience supporting Workday integrations.
- Advanced expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, SFTP, middleware platforms, and data transformation logic.
- Expert knowledge of Workday business process configuration and optimization, the Workday data model, and reporting frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, define standards, drive architectural decisions, and translate business strategy into technical roadmaps.
- Strong problem-solving, crisis management, communication, and vendor-management skills.
