Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within IBM Maximo Asset Management.
- Design, develop, and implement Maximo Automation Scripts to optimize workflows and system functionality.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Java-based integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex Maximo issues.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with Utilities stakeholders to understand operational challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, system designs, and process workflows.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure technical implementations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management, Maximo Automation Script, SQL, and Java.
- Deep understanding of the Utilities domain and its operational challenges.
- Minimum 10 years and maximum 14 years of relevant experience.
- Required IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6 certification.
- Required Oracle SQL Certification.
- Required Java SE Programmer Certification.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of successful technical implementations in the Utilities domain.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model and deliver within project timelines.
