Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve clearing and settlement services using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS, including containerized services on ECS and event-driven workloads on Lambda.
- Write clean, secure, well-tested, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews and automated testing.
- Support reliable delivery and operations through infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring.
- Work in cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into software solutions and deliver resilient financial workflows.
- Learn and contribute to agile practices, Domain-Driven Design, continuous delivery, and the team’s culture of quality and collaboration.
Requirements
- A university degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or sciences; a comparable qualification or equivalent practical experience is also accepted.
- Practical experience with Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot gained through internships, working-student roles, personal projects, or university projects.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, API development, relational databases, and automated testing.
- Interest in Domain-Driven Design, cloud-native development, distributed systems, AWS, and complex financial workflows.
- Quality and security mindset with attention to clean, maintainable, and reliable code.
- Clear communication, collaborative working style, openness to feedback, and motivation to learn quickly.
