Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable tools that support large-scale product development.
- Identify and consolidate redundant tools to streamline engineering efforts.
- Create automated processes to eliminate repetitive tasks and boost productivity.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for development and maintenance of internal services.

Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on building internal tools and automation.
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, microservices, and maintainability best practices.
- Proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and solving them through code.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and maintaining high-availability services.
- Excellent documentation skills and a passion for knowledge sharing.
