Responsibilities
- Ramp into the CV User Experience stack and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver your first end-to-end feature while auditing the current architecture for performance bottlenecks.
- Lead architectural discussions for TrueMotion-driven experiences and propose innovative solutions.
- Establish stronger system observability using tools like Datadog and Sentry.
- Profile systems to anticipate scaling and performance issues.
- Act as the primary technical leader for the team's architecture and design robust solutions.
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify and execute significant upgrades or changes to the team's workflow quarterly.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping mobile applications.
- 3+ years of experience with backend technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, or GraphQL.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS and containerization tools.
- Experience working in distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
