Base Salary
$154k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive code, architecture, and large cross-company privacy reviews of products and features.
- Conduct technical reviews of new features and identify privacy concerns.
- Advise product teams on privacy best practices and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, and Privacy leaders.
- Define and communicate a clear privacy vision and influence company-wide product decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical privacy, security, or software engineering focused on privacy- or security-sensitive systems.
- At least 2 years of coding experience in Python, PHP, Java, C, C++, or an equivalent language, including code maintenance and review.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant technical experience.
- Preferred experience includes AI skill development, prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, responsible AI practices, privacy or security community contributions, and communicating technical issues in a corporate environment.

- Annual base salary of $154,000/year to $217,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
