Responsibilities
- Guarantee project delivery pace and quality by establishing clear architecture, specifications, quality practices, and structured workflows.
- Design scalable and resilient architectures and make appropriate technical choices for each client context.
- Implement quality practices including automated testing, code reviews, and Clean Code principles.
- Act as the technical partner for clients by explaining technical decisions, participating in project routines, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Create effective working conditions for the project team through structured processes and problem-solving loops.
- Help the team use AI agents and LLMs to improve everyday productivity.
- Coach and develop Software Engineers through pair programming, code reviews, training, technical monitoring, and root-cause analysis of defects.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong command of web architectures covering front end, back end, databases, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make relevant technical choices, and ensure a high level of code quality.
- Experience coaching and supporting developers while remaining hands-on with technology through technical monitoring, coding, and pair programming.
- Strong focus on value creation and understanding of client business challenges.
