Responsibilities
- Own complex end-to-end feature delivery, break down work, manage commitments, and reduce cycle time and rework.
- Apply prompt and context engineering to AI-assisted software development workflows and verify generated code for correctness, security, and logic defects.
- Design scalable, extensible systems and interfaces while balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Enforce defensive and secure engineering practices across edge conditions, limits, and authorization paths.
- Partner with product management and design to translate requirements into intuitive code and improve user flows using prototypes and telemetry.
- Drive production service health through root-cause analysis, reduced mean time to resolution, and durable corrective fixes.
- Run technical experiments, document design patterns and tribal knowledge, create RAG-ready technical notes, and mentor engineering peers.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience building enterprise applications with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
- Proven experience architecting, deploying, and operating scalable solutions in AWS.
- Expertise in prompt and context engineering and in evaluating AI-assisted development output for correctness and security.
- Ability to remain productive amid ambiguous or changing requirements while staying aligned with business goals.
- Strong system design skills, including clean API design, complex codebase refactoring, and architectural trade-off analysis.
- Extensive experience debugging production services, conducting root-cause analyses, and implementing systemic prevention mechanisms.
- Ability to influence product, design, and engineering partners, write clear RFCs, and mentor without formal authority.
- Preferred experience includes IAM, PAM, IGA, secrets management, TypeScript, Jest, Playwright, JMeter, progressive delivery, CI/CD pipelines, feature flagging, monitoring frameworks, RAG-oriented documentation, and reusable prompt templates.
