Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the global Compliance platform supporting Asset Management business needs.
- Design, develop, deliver, and support high-quality, timely, and maintainable reporting capabilities.
- Code and provide technical direction and guidance to the engineering team.
- Build scalable, low-latency, high-throughput distributed applications aligned with technology standards.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with distributed teams to solve business problems and support ongoing platform development.
Requirements
- BE or MCA degree and 10+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Java 1.7 or higher, Python, Spring, REST, AngularJS, Oracle SQL, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Experience with Agile practices, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and Acceptance Test Driven Development.
- Understanding of scalable distributed application design, fundamental design principles, and design patterns.
- Domain expertise or strong interest in Asset Management and Compliance technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Ability to learn quickly, stay current with technology trends, and contribute to innovative solutions.
