Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development and application of LLM-based features.
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for prompt iteration and semantic retrieval.
- Optimize embeddings and vector stores for performance and scalability.
- Interact directly with users to understand problems and design solutions.
- Stay current with LLM trends and applied AI practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other cross-functional partners to build the product.
Requirements
- Experience engineering at technology and product-driven companies.
- Experience shipping multi-provider LLM-based solutions to production using providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
- Proficiency with LLM infrastructure platforms for prompt management, logging, tracing, and evaluations.
- Experience designing large-context LLM systems using RAG, knowledge graphs, hybrid search, and memory.
- Experience building end-to-end features with TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- A self-starting, product-oriented builder mindset and interest in startup or zero-to-one environments.
