Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and support scalable enterprise solutions across Kinaxis, SAP, Blue Yonder, and related enterprise planning applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex system and integration issues across enterprise planning platforms.
- Assess end-to-end business processes, system integrations, data flows, and upstream and downstream impacts of application changes.
- Use data and AI-assisted analysis for impact assessment, root-cause analysis, solution design, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on integration testing, system validation, performance analysis, issue resolution, and improvement initiatives.
- Use AI assistants and large language models for software development, analysis, automation, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation with appropriate human review.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled, agentic AI, automation, and process-improvement solutions across enterprise planning and supply chain applications.
