Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces using React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate wireframes, mockups, and product requirements into reusable and maintainable front-end components.
- Develop and maintain back-end APIs and services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support application functionality, performance, and data integrity.
- Improve application speed, scalability, reliability, and usability through performance analysis and sound engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, quality assurance professionals, and engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Use Git, npm, and related development tools for code quality, version control, and build automation.
- Troubleshoot defects, resolve production issues, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Participate in Agile planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional software development experience with substantial hands-on front-end development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Node.js and npm-based development workflows.
- Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, including implementing and maintaining straightforward back-end APIs.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to write efficient, well-structured database queries.
- Experience integrating web applications with RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is welcome.
- Proficiency with Git or a comparable version-control platform.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, browser compatibility, and front-end performance.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Preferred experience includes at least one year in an Agile software development environment.
- Preferred experience includes DevOps practices, automated testing, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, AWS or another cloud platform, browser debugging and profiling tools, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, API authentication, and scalable application design is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
