Responsibilities
- Lead Finacle solution customization, integration, enhancement, deployment, patching, and ongoing support across business units.
- Design and implement Finacle customizations, CMS enhancements, interfaces, and REST APIs.
- Define and validate technical requirements, solution designs, implementation plans, and architecture documentation.
- Review BRDs, IA/Gap analyses, Fit/Gap analyses, project plans, test plans, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Oversee testing strategies, test data, data quality, security controls, release governance, and deployment readiness.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product management, QA, IT, operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and promote technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Finacle-related development, testing, or implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Finacle core banking solutions, preferably Finacle 11X, including CMS, FAS, LMS, TRAMS, and ITS modules.
- Experience with Finacle scripting, log validation, REST API and interface design, integration, and SQL-based data validation and manipulation.
- Working knowledge of Oracle databases and experience with regulated banking environments and governance requirements.
- Ability to create and review BRDs, IA/Gap analyses, Fit/Gap analyses, architecture documents, and implementation plans.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Finacle certification from Infosys or equivalent banking technology credentials is advantageous.
- Experience with Finacle upgrades, migrations, enhancements, cloud platforms, test automation, CI/CD, API gateways, messaging adapters, or hybrid integration patterns is preferred.
- Knowledge of data privacy, secure coding, audit and compliance readiness, encryption concepts, PCI-DSS, and banking security standards is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities.
