Responsibilities
- Design and maintain systems for secure access to AWS environments.
- Manage and scale Teleport infrastructure for secure access.
- Develop automated Identity and Access Management workflows in AWS.
- Implement Just-In-Time access solutions to minimize attack surfaces.
- Collaborate with the Cloud Control team to integrate security policies.
- Automate authorization flows for regulatory compliance.
- Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for access components.
- Support audits by providing technical evidence and identifying access gaps.
- Create monitors and alerts for access patterns and resolve related issues.
Requirements
- Production expertise in AWS, particularly IAM and multi-account security.
- Hands-on experience with Access Management tools like Teleport.
- Strong experience with Terraform for managing cloud resources.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
- Experience programming in Go and/or Python for automation.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and translating audit requirements.
- Experience with container orchestration from an access perspective.
- A proactive 'Security-first' mindset for solving permission issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
