Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional automation initiatives for server lifecycle management, configuration processes, drift management, and automated remediation.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve platform stability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions for infrastructure builds, configuration management, and deployments.
- Create and maintain AI-Ops and automation frameworks for intelligent operations and event-driven remediation.
- Integrate API-based automation workflows across enterprise tools for process orchestration and data flow.
- Automate server builds, operating system deployments, and post-build configurations.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and deliver automation solutions independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in banking or financial services technology environments with regulatory compliance and security requirements.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale infrastructure automation projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure as Code.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript for custom scripting and system integration.
- Solid understanding of API integration techniques and hands-on experience with DevOps tools for continuous delivery pipelines.
- Deep expertise in Windows and Unix server administration, Ansible, and MECM, along with JSON/YAML scripting formats.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and attention to detail; industry certifications or project references are advantageous.
