Base Salary
$192k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and contribute to core services supporting the continuous profiling product at large scale.
- Develop systems that intake, process, index, store, and make sense of profiling data.
- Own code from development through production while meeting ambitious SLO and quality gates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads and customers to take ideas from exploration to product experiences.
- Support multiple ways of consuming profiling data, including the UI, agentic tools, internal applications, integrations, and partner products.
- Review architectural proposals and guide technical trade-offs in a complex product space.
Requirements
- Experience with Java and/or Go is essential.
- Experience building high-performance, large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to meaningfully review architectural proposals and guide technical trade-offs.
- Experience working with AI coding agents to produce performant and maintainable results.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams.
- Working knowledge of statistical methods such as sampling strategies, Bayesian optimization, and sensor fusion is a nice-to-have.
