Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business problems and deliver IT solutions.
- Work with QA teams to promote product quality and effective QA tools and techniques.
- Perform requirements gathering, analysis, design, and validation.
- Partner with technology leads and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements and resolve implementation issues.
- Analyze BRDs and requirements to extract testing requirements for a large platform migration program.
- Create test strategies and test scenarios, and execute certification testing.
- Identify and implement test automation opportunities.
- Ensure new solutions are scalable and meet high architectural standards.
Requirements
- BE/BTech, MCA, or equivalent qualification in IT, computer science, or any engineering discipline.
- Strong product functionality knowledge.
- Expertise in LoanIQ QA testing, accounting, accruals, and servicing.
- Experience in the lending domain and general finance product knowledge.
- Strong business and quality analysis and validation experience.
- Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure teams, and developers to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement them.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
