Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems and services.
- Develop testable, high-quality, ship-ready code with strong test coverage.
- Partner with Product Management and other developers to translate engineering requirements into designs and estimates.
- Drive design, implementation, testing, development, and product releases with a cross-site team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience building large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL databases, and large-scale distributed-system design.
- Preferred experience with RESTful web services, microservice architecture, Azure, software development lifecycle processes, Git, build processes, testing, and code releases.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, move across technology stacks, and apply Agile and test-driven development methodologies.
