Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture solutions for financial crime, AML, KYC, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and compliance platforms.
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable technical solutions with business, product, compliance, and engineering stakeholders.
- Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, technology roadmaps, and modernization strategies.
- Lead application modernization using microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern engineering practices.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions satisfy security, regulatory, performance, resilience, and scalability requirements.
- Drive integration strategies across enterprise systems, data platforms, third-party vendors, and compliance solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews, design assessments, and technology evaluations.
- Support regulatory and audit requirements through compliance and governance adherence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET and .NET Core technologies.
- Proven experience delivering solutions in financial crime, AML, KYC, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, or financial compliance domains.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture patterns and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Strong expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience with API design, event-driven architectures, messaging frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and regulatory compliance requirements in financial services.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
