Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents for content review against customer policies.
- Build a workflow engine for automating moderation and reporting.
- Enhance review queue tooling for moderators and investigators.
- Create analytics dashboards to track program performance.
- Implement two-way user communications with integrations like Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Define SLIs and improve pipeline throughput for reliability at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building production software.
- Proficiency in Django or similar backend frameworks and React or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience with high-throughput, data-intensive systems.
- Ability to identify customer problems and build end-to-end solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI tooling and its impact on coding practices.
- Excellent written communication skills for collaboration in a distributed team.
