Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and continuously improve test automation frameworks and standards across Customer & Digital.
- Engage with teams to identify testing needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive adoption of QA best practices and the NN QA Maturity Model.
- Design and implement automated tests across TEST and ACC environments.
- Build and promote reusable test automation solutions and patterns.
- Investigate recurring issues and initiate structural quality improvements.
- Monitor and improve collaboration and processes across TEST and Acceptance environments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Engineering Guild and Test Circle.
- Coach and act as a sparring partner for QA engineers and development teams.
- Own quality improvements across technical, organizational, and cultural dimensions.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English, with experience in international environments.
- 5–7 years of experience in QA Automation or Test Engineering.
- Proven experience establishing standards and frameworks across multiple teams.
- Strong experience with JMeter, Playwright, BrowserStack, Azure DevOps Test Plans, JUnit, and TypeScript/CDK.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk is preferred.
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, UIPath, Python, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with strong ownership and continuous-improvement skills.
- Ability to influence multiple teams and stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lead within the QA domain by setting standards and guiding others.
