Responsibilities
- Own customer-focused product features from initial discovery and hypothesis through architecture, implementation, testing, and production release.
- Develop rapid experiments and lightweight prototypes to validate product hypotheses.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and Sales to identify real user problems.
- Build tracking and use relevant metrics to evaluate outcomes and guide product decisions.
- Develop across the stack using pragmatic technical choices that balance validation with future scalability.
- Own initiatives and move them forward with limited oversight.
Requirements
- At least three years of product engineering experience delivering software features end to end, ideally in a startup environment.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Experience owning software from architecture and implementation through production release.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above and fluent English communication skills.
- Strong product mindset, customer focus, and comfort using data to support decisions.
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is advantageous.
Benefits
- Annual compensation of €80,000 to €120,000 plus equity.
