Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans across multiple Databricks use cases and selling teams.
- Own technical delivery plans covering onboarding, enablement, product adoption, production go-live, optimization, cost control, and executive governance.
- Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live questions and complex customer escalations.
- Coordinate Databricks Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding and Technical Services, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Create strategic roadmaps, conduct discovery workshops and business analysis, and manage complex customer programs and projects.
- Develop executive relationships, provide customer and internal status updates, and report usage, investment, risk, health, and adoption KPIs.
- Coordinate Professional Services engagement proposals and navigate product innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs.
- Drive customer growth, workload adoption, and measurable business outcomes for assigned strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Experience attributing business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
- Technical program or project management experience with account, stakeholder, and resource accountability.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience with open-ended discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and complex program or project delivery.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
