Base Salary

$181k - $248k/yr

Responsibilities

Work on impactful customer technical projects, including designing reference architectures.
Collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services work.
Guide customers in implementing big data projects and 3rd party migrations.
Consult on architecture and design to facilitate customer adoption of Databricks.
Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project delivery meets customer needs.
Gather product feedback and assist in resolving engagement-specific issues.

6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
Proficient in Python or Scala programming.
Knowledge of two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
Deep experience with Apache Spark and its runtime internals.
Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments.
Working knowledge of MLOps.
Experience in designing and deploying end-to-end data architectures.
Strong project delivery skills, including scope and timeline management.
Excellent documentation and white-boarding skills.
Experience in client engagement and conflict management.
Willingness to travel to customers 20% of the time.
Databricks Certification is a plus.
