Base Salary
$200k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML systems from requirements gathering to release.
- Architect and build the AI/ML layer for DFM AI + IQE integration.
- Develop cloud-based production systems for real-time ML endpoints.
- Navigate complex technical challenges to deliver effective solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities and develop multi-quarter technical roadmaps.
- Apply best practices in automated testing and secure software development.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
- Stay updated with advances in ML/AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience with 6-8 years in machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in ML and AI technologies, including Gradient Boosting and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience deploying real-time ML products in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Strong proficiency in Python and advanced ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals and algorithms.
- Experience with MLOps practices including model monitoring and automated retraining.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools.
- Experience optimizing ML model deployments for latency and throughput.
- Ability to operate independently on ambiguous assignments.
- Experience with state-of-the-art modeling techniques like transformers and generative AI.
- Knowledge of containers and cloud-native distributed systems.
- Background in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus.
