Base Salary
$103k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop algorithms and tools for training and running simulations.
- Build services that interact with machine learning models through simulations.
- Develop services that host trained models and integrate them into business processes with application teams.
- Gather and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets and develop data model pipelines.
- Develop algorithms for automated data-driven decision-making.
- Build tools to monitor machine learning application performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in software development, computer science, algorithm design, artificial intelligence, or machine learning, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred one year of experience in machine learning and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Caffe, and Keras.
- Preferred one year of experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Preferred one year of programming experience with Java, Scala, C, C++, or Python.
- Preferred one year of experience with the Hadoop ecosystem, including Apache Hive, Pig, HBase, and Kafka.
- Preferred one year of experience with distributed computing platforms such as Spark and user interface frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Preferred one year of experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and knowledge of big data are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
