Responsibilities
- Build and ship workflows that automate steps in medical and legal case processes.
- Design evaluation frameworks to determine whether agent outputs are reliable enough to ship.
- Feed evaluation feedback into a synthesized knowledge base.
- Improve platform ingestion, indexing, and assembly of case context for agents.
- Build tooling and interfaces that bring platform context and agent capabilities into users’ daily workflows.
- Iterate on agent features based on direct user input and real-world usage.
- Establish patterns and tooling for AI-native development across the team.
Requirements
- Experience taking ambiguous problems from concept to shipped solution without a detailed specification.
- Ability to own problems end to end, from agent logic through the user interface.
- Interest in frontier models and in building reliable evaluations and guardrails around them.
- Commitment to correctness, reliability, high-quality code, and thoughtful product craftsmanship.
- Ability to work as a generalist across the full stack and iterate from real-world user feedback.
