Base Salary
$133k - $177k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in designing and developing new software and web applications.
- Develop backend software using Go and frontend software using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Develop software using MySQL, Redis, and AWS.
- Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker.
- Perform unit and integration testing using gomock, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Support applications under development, customize current applications, and assist with software updates and releases.
- Analyze and assist with integrating new applications and determine integration needs.
- Document development activity, software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, recommendations, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.
- Work with Quality Assurance to assess whether applications meet specifications and technical requirements.
- Monitor competitive applications and products and research relevant literature, patents, and current practices.
- Guide and mentor junior-level engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Five years of experience developing backend software using Go.
- Three years of experience developing frontend software using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; using MySQL, Redis, and AWS; and building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker.
- Two years of experience performing unit and integration testing using gomock and Playwright.
