Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers ranging from executives to end users to understand their problems and needs.
- Train, test, deploy, and operate proprietary and public multimodal models powering the core AI platform.
- Build and deploy efficient, scalable systems that provide an effective AI experience for customers.
- Design novel AI user-experience patterns that integrate with customer workflows and improve speed and scalability.
- Own customer relationships end-to-end, from understanding business needs through designing solutions and delivering outcomes.
