Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and create software specifications.
- Design, develop, document, maintain, and refactor software applications.
- Develop front-end architecture and component-based applications.
- Perform debugging, performance optimization, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Support release deployments and resolve post-production issues.
- Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in technical discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Write technical documentation and present complex information clearly.
- Travel abroad when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of proven software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework development.
- Extensive experience with Angular v10+ and TypeScript; React experience is valuable.
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration, XML, JSON, ORM concepts, concurrency management, loading strategies, validation, and caching.
- Experience with source control and configuration management tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, or ClearCase.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, continuous integration, and DevOps concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, performing code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and designing front-end architectures.
- Preferred experience includes defense projects compliant with IEEE 12207, Java, WPF/Silverlight, Entity Framework, NHibernate, WCF, HBase, Cassandra, Redis, RabbitMQ, or MSMQ.
- Valid National Security Clearance from the Turkish Ministry of Defense is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and adaptability skills.
