Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code for Web & Mobile Banking and Crypto solutions.
- Deliver new features, product enhancements, and improvements to existing functionality.
- Manage operational tickets end-to-end, including triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, deployment processes, and stable production operations.
- Troubleshoot incidents and complex issues using monitoring, log analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support service onboarding, functional validation, UAT, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering, DevOps, application support, and production operations.
- Understanding of web and mobile application architectures, APIs, and frontend/backend integrations.
- Knowledge of DNS, firewalls, WAF, authentication, identity management, and web infrastructure.
- Experience with mobile application lifecycles, third-party integrations, REST APIs, SDKs, and libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Python, Bash, Groovy, and command-line tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
- Experience with Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, professional proficiency in English, and working knowledge of Oracle SQL/PL/SQL.
- Preferred qualifications include banking or financial-services experience, mobile development using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, Swift, or Objective-C, Avaloq Core knowledge, relevant certifications, and familiarity with the Ergon Product Suite.
