Responsibilities
- Lead development and programming implementation for client-specific customizations and deployments.
- Build solutions from scratch and assist with template creation and customization.
- Develop and modify front-end and back-end system components.
- Translate requirements documents into sound technical solutions.
- Manage higher-complexity work, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with Design Managers, Project Managers, and Testers to support application usability, features, and performance.
- Work on projects from requirements through launch, including testing and deployment.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage client relationships and technologies.
- Evaluate and promote intelligent integration of emerging technologies into the product suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field, or appropriate experience.
- 5+ years of extensive software development experience with strong front-end and back-end knowledge.
- Strong experience with several technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and ASP.NET.
- Ability to handle complex work and build solutions from scratch.
- Expertise conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Previous experience with an Interactive Response Technology platform or system is highly preferred.
- Strong client management, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
