Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance and scalable web and task servers using Python and related technologies.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable server architecture with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Implement scheduled services using RQ or other task-queuing frameworks.
- Integrate numerical learning and analysis code into web and task frameworks.
- Maintain server architecture and code documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software design and architecture.
- Build infrastructure and processes and reduce manual work through automation.
Requirements
- 5–9 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong experience with Python frameworks including Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Exposure to AI tools and technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Nice-to-have experience with LLMs, generative AI, chatbot development, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps tools and workflows, and Agile/Scrum environments.
