Responsibilities
- Analyze accounting business requirements and incorporate them into Oracle Financial systems.
- Design, build, implement, maintain, analyze, program, and test financial system changes, including Delphi system changes.
- Prepare detailed system documentation and program specifications.
- Lead and manage information engineering projects from inception through completion.
- Provide managerial oversight and technical leadership throughout the systems development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver financial system solutions.
- Present technical information to diverse and executive-level audiences.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of experience in information systems development, requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design, and documentation.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience managing information engineering implementations, systems analysis and programming, client/server environments, and related technical disciplines.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials R12, Oracle Financial Application Workflow, and SOA.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle Reports 6i, Oracle Financial Analyzer, and Oracle Discoverer.
- Proven managerial, leadership, written communication, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- SOA certification is highly desired.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and familiarity with enterprise change management tools and processes are preferred.
